 The
house is located in a tranquil setting in
St. Andrews-by-the-Sea.
The waterfront centre of town, only a 3 min drive or 15 min walk away,
includes shops of all kinds, good restaurants and historical dwellings.
Even closer, the internationally recognized golf course is only 300 m from
my doorstep!
A little more about St. Andrews

The resort town
is recognized as a National Historic District, having many beautifully
restored old buildings dating back more than 250 years. It is the oldest
vacation destination on Canada’s east coast, located at the shores of
Passamaquoddy Bay. Being part of the Bay of Fundy, with the largest tidal
range in the world, you can experience dramatic water-level changes of up
to 5 meters (16 feet) right here in town. You can watch the incoming tide
rush over a road used to reach nearby Minister’s Island, former estate by
CP rail tycoon Van Horne, until it is 3 m (10 ft) underwater!
You can choose
among a variety of activities and attractions to suit your
vacation, including whale watching, sea kayaking, hiking, fishing, golf,
tennis and much more. St. Andrews also offers a large diversity of art
galleries, boutiques, restaurants and other shops. You will find most

My
property is a large double-lot
with an outside pool and relaxing area located at the far end of a wooded
dead-end street. This tranquil setting allows for quiet relaxation in
clean air surroundings. So, breathe deeply and come enjoy your stay. You
deserve as much.
In
the morning have a beautiful breakfast of your choice before
starting off on a new day. It would be my pleasure to welcome
